Fully automatic CIP clean equipment

1 Fully automatic control
　　 this machine adopts the types of jointed ,single loop , double loops. The steam pipe is directly put into acid-alkali liquid crock for heating. The temperature is controlled by the electromagnetism valve and liquid materials are controlled by the gas valve. The thickness of acid-alkali liquid is measured by the conductance appliance and the septum pump will automatically add the thickness of the acid-alkali liquid. The acid-alkali liquid fed by the multi-grade pump is cleaned by the alternative direction board designation equipment. The whole CIP clean process is controlled by the PLC touch screen.
